A 2003 MPI survey identified the "Most Important Workplace Issues to Suppliers and Planners. The top issues were:

For Planners - Values/Ethics tied with Skills Development at 25%, as the top issues.

For Suppliers - Values/Ethics topped all concerns at 29%.
