For Planners - Values/Ethics tied with Skills Development at 25%, as the top issues.
For Suppliers - Values/Ethics topped all concerns at 29%.MPI's February 2003issue of "The Meeting Professional" magazine featured John's article "Speaking of Ethics and ROI", addressing the problem of continuing corporate wrong-doing and its effects on business in general and in particular, the meetings and convention industry.
